Should you experience any issues during the exclusion period, please notify us via email promptly.
Marketing communications from us will cease during your exclusion period. For a more comprehensive approach, consider adjusting your social media settings and self-excluding from other gaming platforms as well.
If you wish to close your account permanently, submit a written request to our customer service team. Please note, we may refuse closure at our discretion, depending on any existing contractual obligations.
Even without an account, you can request exclusion from Snowy Trails. Simply email us with your details, and we’ll block future registrations and access. You may revoke this exclusion with a written request after seven days.
Access your gaming history and transaction records through the "Game History" and "Transaction History" sections on our website. For older records, please reach out to customer service.
